Our Management Team

David has over 25 years of experience in the risk management profession and is a respected leader in the field. He holds a master’s degree in health science, a graduate diploma in Occupational Health Safety, a diploma in risk management, a graduate certificate in security management and is a qualified workplace trainer. He is also a Chartered Generalist OHS Professional and is experienced and qualified as a lead auditor in OHS, quality and environmental auditing. In 2014, Vero recognised his risk management work at Mt Buller with the National Risk Advancer Award. David was also a finalist in the 2015 Victorian Worksafe Awards. 

With over 15 years experience as a senior HR executive with a major high profile Australian company, Belle brings a wealth of knowledge to Agile Workplace Solutions. A leader in the field, Belle is one of the few HR professionals to cover not only people management issues but also industrial relations and complex workers’ compensation matters. 

Having been an integral part of WorkComp, by joining Agile Workplace Solutions, Jen allows us to provide bespoke, expert Workers Compensation solutions to our clients. With an eye for detail, Jen’s great strength is premium management; guiding her clients through what can be a potential minefield.
